I can
highly recommend
Gusti ( a well educated, softly spoken man with
a vast knowledge of Bali and it's culture). We chose
balidaytour.com to go a long trip to Negara in west Bali to
visit an Orphanage. Gusti arrived early and helped
to load our car (new, air conditioned and clean).
Gusti's driving is excelent, smooth and easy.
He never took risks or sped, but we arrived in Negara
in 2.5 hours, excelent for that distance.
During the return journey he pointed out and stopped
at points of interest (temple, surf beaches, etc).
and as we got closer to home. stopped whenever asked
so we could shop.
Gusti made a long day an enjoyable and and educating
experience with his gentle manner and knowledge of
a beautiful country, Bali!!

First time I meet Gusti was my annual company trip. He has bring us to many places included Tanah Lot, Botanical Garden, Kintamani, GWK, Uluwatu, etc During the trip, We manage to go all the famous places which I customised in our Bali tour. We having so much fun during the trip. His politeness made me chose him as my tour guide for 2nd time visit Bali again. For the 2nd time in Bali, Gusti not just only tour guide but is one of my friend in Bali. I have recommended him to my friends which come along with me during this trip. All are girls this time. he take care of us and snaps photos with us together. A lot of good memory with him during the trip. Although 2nd time visit Bali, I feel like meet up old friend when I reached airport. Gusti took us to some places which I never been in 1st visit like Besakih Temple, Dreamland, Kertagosa and Sanur. It's really beautiful places. Thank you Gusti . I will recommend you again when my others friend visit Bali next time.

Our trips with Gusti were a real pleasure. We have met him by accident, because he took us over from a different guide that couldn't go with us on that day, but after spending a whole day with him, we didn't want to go back to the former guide and booked another trip with Gusti. On the first day, we went to Ubud (he recommended a really good art gallery, where we bought some unique paintings), the monkey forest near Ubud, Pura Ulun Danau Bratan (increadible temple at the side of a volcanic lake surrounded by high mountains partly covered in clouds - very picturesque), fruit market in Bedugul and Gitgit waterfalls. On the way we asked if he knew a good restaurant with tasty, local cuisine (not a typical tourist place) and he took us to one of the best lunches that we have had in Bali, with quite reasonable prices. On our second trip we went to see a traditional compound (because we said we were interested to see one), Goa Lawah (the Bat Cave), Pura Besakih and Kertagosa in Klungkung. Gusti is trully very polite, honest and open. Throughout the trip he told us many very interesting things about everyday life in Bali that are hard to find in tourist guidebooks. Whenever we wanted to stop on the way to take a picture, he made no problems.What is also important - he takes really nice pictures :) Thanks Gusti!
We wish you lot's of luck! Hopefully we will come back to Bali some day to visit other places that we didn't have time to see with you this time.
