Beratan Lake

The temple welknown with Ulundanu Temple located at Bedugul village in Tabanan regency. The temple is dedicated to the Gods of lake water (Danu Goddes). The lake supply a lot of water to the ricefield surrounding. The temple founded in 17th century by King of Mengwi. Outside yard of the temple there is Budhist temple and big banyan tree. This temple is an important temple in the mountain used for Nyegara gunung ceremony. The visitor can rent speed boats to go around the lake. Entrance ticket fee at 10.000 rupiah/person.

Tanah Lot temple is one of the populer tourism object in Bali, located at Beraban village in Tabanan regency it is about 30 kms from denpasar.The temple is on the edge of the beach on the small rock island facing to Indonesian ocean. The temple was built by one of Hindu holy priest from Java name's Danghyang Nirartha in 16 century. On the northern side of temple there is a cave as a place of ocean snakes live. They are stripe snakes with black and whit colours. The snake is very tame and Balinese people believed they are the snake of the god and as the guards of the temple.
